Art Still Heard – Klezmer Now

Pre-Concert Talk 6:30 pm at Emens Art through the ages can still be heard through the music of Beethoven, Greenman, and Mussorgsky. The lush sounds of Beethoven paint a sad story, while the world premiere of Steven Greenman’s Klezmer Violin Suite will mesh non-traditional sounds in the concert hall. Kick-off our high-energy season with Maestro Douglas Droste after the Art Still Heard - Klezmer Now concert in the newly-opened Ball Brothers Foundation Hospitality Suite in Emens Auditorium for themed drinks at our cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres.
